The 1st Wisdom Post (Wisdom: We Should Use It Wisely).

"A thing is not necessarily true because badly uttered, nor false because spoken magnificently." (Saint Augustine of Hippo, Bishop of Hippo)

That is a great quote from my favorite saint of old centuries, Saint Augustine of Hippo. According to the Book of Wisdom, wisdom is a gift from God. We should preserve it and we should use it wisely. The Book of Wisdom is a Deuterocanonical book, a book in the so-called Septuagint. In the Good News Bible (and some Protestant Bibles  like the King James Version) published by the United Bible Society, it is called the "(Book of the) Wisdom of Solomon." The Book of Psalms tells us that:

"Happy those who do not follow the counsel of the wicked, Nor go the way of sinners, nor sit in company with scoffers. Rather, the law of the LORD is their joy; God's law they study day and night." (Psalms 1:1-2, New American Bible)

Wisdom should be used in a proper way. Wisdom is good, but sometimes it leads us to temptation and pride. It's not that because we know many things, we are already great and majestic. Simple life is still the best. Sometimes, The Book of Psalms again tells us that:

"But not the wicked! They are like chaff driven by the wind." (Psalms 1:4, New American Bible)

We should use wisdom wisely so that we're not going to be like the chaffs driven by the wind. Because if you use your knowledge unwisely, your hope for a good and better future will be inside the trash can of hopelessness.
